Sales isn't just something you do.
It's something you become.

— Shelley Langan

Your ability to sell isn't a strategy problem.
It's an identity problem.

You've probably already been told what to say. You've learned about content, relationships, funnels, calls to action, follow-ups and sales conversations. And yet you can still find yourself avoiding the very thing that creates a sale: asking for it.

Because selling requires you to become someone different — someone comfortable being visible, who can name her price without flinching, who can hear "no" without making it mean something about her.

The person who consistently creates sales doesn't necessarily have better words. She has a different relationship with visibility, money, rejection, her offer, her value and herself.

This masterclass isn't about scripts. We're going straight to the identity underneath the sale.

The Shift

There are two versions of you in every sales conversation.

"Someone Like Me..."

Gives more information instead of asking. Drops her price before anyone objects. Waits for them to ask, "How do I work with you?"

The Person Who Asks

Names her price without flinching. Leads the conversation all the way to a decision. Hears "no" and knows it doesn't diminish her value.

Inside the Masterclass

A masterclass in identity — not another sales script.

Five shifts that take you from avoiding the ask to confidently leading someone all the way to a decision.

I.

The Identity You Bring to Sales

Recognise the identity you're currently bringing into your sales conversations — and where it's quietly working against you.

II.

Where You Get in Your Own Way

The moments where you overthink, over-explain, or wait for someone else to make the first move — and why they happen.

III.

What Selling Means About You

What you may be making selling mean about you — pushy, uncomfortable, unworthy — and why that meaning isn't true.

IV.

Why Knowing Isn't Enough

You already know what to say. Knowing hasn't been the problem — becoming the person who can say it has.

V.

Who You Need to Become

Meet the version of you who confidently asks for the sale — and what she does differently in the exact moments you currently hesitate.

Is This You?

You didn't come this far to keep avoiding the ask.

  • You know you should be selling more, but you don't feel comfortable selling.
  • You talk about your offer but rarely actually ask someone to buy.
  • You have people watching, engaging and showing interest, but they're not becoming clients.
  • You sometimes lower your price before anyone has even objected.
  • You know you're capable of more, but something holds you back the moment it's time to sell.

Taught by someone who's actually done it.

When I bought my arborist business, I didn't feel like a business owner. I wasn't an arborist. I didn't know how to quote trees. I didn't know the industry. And I certainly didn't feel like the person who was going to build a million-dollar business.

But I made a decision. And then I had to become the person who could fulfil it — day by day, decision by decision, changing the way I thought, acted and showed up. Eventually the business grew to consistent $1m+ turnover. Then I sold it.

Looking back, the biggest transformation wasn't just what happened in the business. It was who I became. The same applies to sales — you can learn every script available, but if the person using them doesn't believe in herself, she'll still struggle to ask.

The next level of your business requires the next level of you.
